[sc34wg3] CTM: Templates returning values

Hello,

consider following PIM CTM example data

    John_Major
      - "John Major";
      - first_name: "John"
      phone_number("+123456780") ~ [is_landline_phone();
    answering_machine_answers_after_seconds(30)];
      phone_number("+123456789") ~ [is_mobile_phone();
    has_no_answering_machine()].

    Marissa_Key
      - "Marissa Key";
      - first_name: "Marissa";
      phone_number("+987654321").

So, this topic map provides the user with additional information about a
particular telephone (for example: when to hang up the call to avoid the
answering machine picking up the call and thus making the caller being
charged without reaching the callee).
However, the current CTM syntax does not allow this. I think the CTM
syntax should support such a compact and expressive notation. What do
you think? Is anybody against this?
