| I want to raise a procedural question: How do we want to process
| this document, N298?

I think we want a location at which the current version of N298 can
always be found (duplicating its location in the ISO document
registry), and similarly for the SAM documents that are likely to
follow before very long.

This is good for several reasons:

 - much easier for people to find this information,

 - much easier to link to these documents,

 - makes them rank higher in search engine searches, and

 - it just makes sense.

I think putting these documents on www.isotopicmaps.org is the right
thing to do. A minimal superstructure in the form of a document index
page, and perhaps also a copy of N278.
