The editors have posted a new TMCL draft:

Changes from the previous draft are:

   * other-role-constraint has been replaced by role-combination- 
constraint
     http://projects.topicmapslab.de/issues/861

   * topic-reifies-constraint has been added
     http://projects.topicmapslab.de/issues/855

   * improved the section on user-defined constraints
     http://projects.topicmapslab.de/issues/858

There are still a number of open issues which need further  
consideration and discussion. Input on these and on the new draft is  
more than welcome.
