to announce the WG 3 meeting in connection with the SC 34 plenary in 
Seattle this coming September.

The draft agenda is as follows (subject to modification):

Please contact your national body about being a delegate to this meeting.

If you are unable to attend as part of a national body, the WG has a 
tradition of extending "invited expert" status to those wishing to 
attend and participate in the work.
