I have been always reluctant to do that, as long as it was unclear
_which_ operators will eventually be there. Better one place, rather
than two in the specification, me thinx.

If the thinking now is "that's it!", then adding

   [34] infix    ->  + - * % mod < <= > >= =~
   [35] prefix   -> -

is not overly elegant, but ok.
