These issues are not very important, though.

3.6 Constructing a representation of the topic name item

I like to propose to rename the element "topicName" into "name" since
XTM uses also "name". Further, the value of the reified attribute is
also called "name" and not "topicName".


3.13 Constructing a representation of the [scope] property
----------------------------------------------------------
Just a personal preference, but I don't like "scopingTopic". How about
"theme"?
Neither "scopingTopic" nor "theme" is used by the TMDM, though.


Would be fine, if 3.6 can be changed, and 3.13 stays at it is. Would
be even better if 3.13 is changed, too ;)
