The only thing which is there is in section 4.9:

   TM content is serialized using XTM ([XTM 2.0]).

But your question is more 'what is the amount of the fragment'?

Not sure whether anything other than "everything about the topic" or
"everything about the association" or "everything about the
occurrence/name" makes sense.

The question is to which extent this is an issue for TMQL.
