[sc34wg3] TMQL: XML and XTM

TMQL does not specify how the embedded XTM for Topic Maps constructs
look like.

- Is that intentional?
- Shouldn't that be specified?

I.e:

  for $p in //person
  return
    <persons>
         {$p}
    </persons>

How does the returned XML fragment look like? Does it include all
names / occurrences / subject identifiers / subject locators?

Is the enclosing <topicMap/> node omitted?
