Non-ISO-standard TM Applications are not permitted to use names that begin with "IS", irrespective of the cases of the letters, in the first field.
What is meant by "Non-ISO-standard TM Applications"? TM
Applications not issued by ISO or TM Applications that do not conform to
this standard? If the latter, not sure how we constrain non-conforming
TM Applications.
