For each value that a Syntax Processing Model requires to be
assigned to a property of a node, the definition of the Syntax
Processing Model must state whether the value is to be regarded as a
built-in value, or it is to be regarded as a conferred value.
Every value that is assigned to a node must be specified as
predefined or conferred.
