Each property definition should include an explanation of the
significance of the property and its values, including an explicit
indication, where appropriate, of the significance of the condition in
which no value is exhibited. If the property is a subject identity
discrimination property (SIDP), such an explanation must be provided.
Had the same question for parid0304, understand the reason to treat
SIDP properties more strictly, but wouldn't this information be useful
on the other properties as well?
