As I read the text as it stands, any value could be used for subject
identity discrimnation, regardless of the property that "contains" it.
That can't be what is meant. Also, "decide" -> "determine" because only
human agencies can "decide," whereas both human and mechanical agencies
can "determine."

Definitions of the properties of nodes and their value types. Such definitions must indicate which property values are subject identity discrimination properties (SIDPs) and which are other properties (OPs).
Reworded to drop explanation of SIDPs. Define once, use many times.
