A name that is different from the name of any other conforming TM
Application. (See parid0297 5.2.1.)
A name that is different from the name of any known TM Application.
In parid0297 it is acknowledged that this is a goal, not a
requirement. Took out conforming as introducing too much subjective
judgment in the process. As revised, requires no knowing conflict.
