In this case -- the fundamental objective of the
topic maps paradigm -- I think that "excruciating precision" (in Steve
Pepper's felicitous phrase) is exactly what we want. Therefore I would
keep the phrase "SLUO", even if the LOC had not already reserved
"collocation objective" for its own, distinct purposes.
