This RM4TM does not define any specific TM Applications, nor does it
define any aspects of any specific TM Applications. Instead, it imposes
constraints on the definitions of conforming TM Applications. The purpose
of these constraints is to require TM Applications to be defined in
sufficient detail, and with sufficient rigor, so that:
