This RM4TM defines an abstract structure, called a "topic map graph",
This RM4TM defines a graph, called the "topic map graph,"
Change abstract structure to what it is, a graph. Since this is the document defining "topic map graph" shouldn't it read "the "topic map graph?" It isn't like there are lots of other topic map graphs running around of which this is one. May mean a name is needed for the topic map graphs that are constructed based on the rules for this one, that is instances of the canonical topic map graph. Note moving of comma "," inside the quotation marks.
