[tmql-wg] TM is TMQL output

I'm sorry.

I attached a document to a previous mail. It was to

It explains reasons for my interest on XTM
fragments and proposes an fragmentation algorithm.
I submitted this paper to a workshop but
it isn't accepted yet. I hope it will.
