[tmql-wg] Proposed changes to existing requirements

We propose that the existing requirements[1] should be changed
throughout to refer to the SAM as the data model that TMQL should be
defined on. There are a number of references to *a* data model now,
but it is not specified clearly which one is meant.


Also, we suggest changing 3.1:7 from

  "The TMQL standard may define a distributed addressing scheme for
  topic maps."

to

  "TMQL should be able to query topic maps stored in a distributed
  fashion on different TMQL processors."


And, we suggest removing 3.5:4

  "If value equality for topic map objects is not defined by the
  topic map data model it shall be defined by the TMQL standard."

since the SAM does do this.


Finally, we suggest changing what was 3.5:9 from

  "The syntax of URIs within TMQL queries shall be governed by the
  rules of RFC 2396."

to be as follows in the new requirements document, where it will be
3.5:8: 

  "The syntax of URIs within TMQL queries shall be governed by the
  rules of RFC 2396 as modified by RFC 2732."


Again, comments are very much welcome, as are suggestions for other
changes.
