If I understood this correctly, the current, unpublished, unfinished
draft of TMQL will be published but this draft has no official
relevance regarding the TMQL standardisation process at ISO.

It could be relevant for further work on TMQL (as input for new
editors or a working group outside of ISO, for example), though.
