[sc34wg3] Update on 13250-6

Greetings!

I haven't run it to ground, yet, but the Secretariat report says 
(correctly in my view) that 13250-6 was published in 2010.

But, the document archive reports the last document on CTM being in 2008.

I am going to report at the next meeting this is an administrative issue 
and that I will simply get the records corrected and close the action item.
