[sc34wg3] Topic Maps Update Language?

Hello all you clever Topic Mappers :o)

Now that version 1 of the Topic Maps Query Language is close to finished perhaps one should start with a ISO standard for a Topic Maps Update Language? I should imagine that such a standard would be rather quick to complete?! If this already have been discussed here, then I am sorry for bringing it up again.
