[sc34wg3] TMQL path language proposal

Rani and I have been working on the new TMQL path language proposal  
for a while now, and I have uploaded a set of slides which describe  
the proposal, as well as some design alternatives and issues:

We are also working on a set of slides on the rest of TMQL (SELECT  
etc), but these are not ready yet. In the meantime, comments and  
feedback on these slides are more than welcome.
