[sc34wg3] TMCL: Comment as TMCL concept?

Hi all,

I wonder if it does not make sense to support comments as first class
concept in TMCL:

    vehicle-type isa tmcl:topictype;
            isAbstract();
       tmcl:comment: "The vehicle type can be used for all kind of
       vehicles, i.e. car, bicycle etc".

The TMCL-schemas would preserve their docs even if I read-in a TMCL
schema encoded in CTM and export it as XTM 2.0.
