[sc34wg3] CTM, clause 3.14.2

Clause 3.14.2 says

> During deserialization the include component causes the referenced  
> topic map to be immediately deserialized into a data model instance.

The trouble is, it doesn't say *how* it is to be deserialized. This  
leaves some questions unanswered. Adding test cases to cover this.

The last paragraph contains the phrase

> ... the current CTM byte stream as they had ...

which should be "as THOUGH they".
