Assuming that using Compact URIs does not create ambiguities in CTM or
TMQL, I'm in favor of being CURIE-compatible in both CTM  and TMQL. We
could even explicitly reference CURIE Syntax 1.0 as (as of now yet to be
finalized) standard.
