4.4 Navigation

    "[...] If the value is a topic item, in forward direction this
    step retrieves all subject indicators of this item. If the value
    is an IRI, in backward direction this step produces the topic
    which has this IRI as subject indicator. [...]"

This might be a bit micrological but a "subject *indicator*" is an
information resource (i.e. a HTML page). Topics have subject
identifiers.

I doubt that "retrieving all subject indicators" means that a TMQL
processor should download the information resources from the web... .
