First, I would propose to have the naming a bit more consistent.  In
the template SubjectLocatorConstraint, the parameters are called
different than in the attribute list above. And the variables are also
called differently from the occurrences inside the template:

  regularexpression $expression reg-exp

Then again '*' is not a regexp. Maybe a better example?

Otherwise this looks the same as the identifier version but only using
$t = to get to the subject addresses.
