[sc34wg3] TMQL: tm-content delimiter

Hi all,

The tm-content delimiter """ clashes with the CTM string delimiter and
the delimiter gives the impression (at least for Python developers and
several other syntaxes use this also as string) that a string is
returned.

IIRC there was a discussion to change the tm-content delimiter to
something like [[ ]] which is from my point of view better since it
doesn't look like a string. Was a decision made regarding the
tm-content delimiter?
