[sc34wg3] Multiline strings in CTM

CTM currently supports two string syntaxes: single-quoted and triple- 
quoted. The only difference between these is that only the triple- 
quoted allow line breaks inside the string. This, as we now know,  
causes problems for TMQL, which uses triple quotes to wrap CTM content.

However, there seems to me no good reason why CTM couldn't have just  
a single string syntax (single-quoted) that allows line breaks inside  
the strings.

Thoughts on this?
