[sc34wg3] CTM - Keywords reserved or not?

Hi all,

In CTM we didn't specify if the keywords (or built-ins) are reserved
or not.

In CTM we've only four built-ins:
- def
- end
- isa
- ako

IMO it is possible to keep them not reserved, although I have to check
this issue more carefully.

    def isa end

    isa isa ako
    
We should discourage users to use them as topic identifiers, but allow
their usage as topic identifiers.

Opinions? Ideas? Counter-examples? :)
