[sc34wg3] XTM 2.0 - One topic map per XTM file?

Hi all,

In XTM 1.0 there was nowhere said that one XTM file contains exactly
one serialized topic map. With XTM 1.0 it is possible to put 1 .. n
serialized topic maps into one XTM file.

4.3 The topicMap element
    """
    The topicMap element type is the document element of all XTM documents
    [...]
    """

Does "the document element" mean that one and only one serialized
topic map exist per XTM file? Or is it still possible to put more than
one topic map into a XTM file?

Maybe the XTM 2.0 should make it more explicit, that either more than
one topic map may occur in one XTM document or that exactly one topic
map occurrs in one XTM document (the latter is my preference :) ).
