5.11 The resourceData element
5.11.1 General
  4th paragraph:
  [...]
  is added to the [value] property of the variant item created by the
  parent variant element.
  [...]

  Since the resourceData element may occur inside variants _and_
  occurrences, the paragraph should be changed to something like this:

  [...]
  is added to the [value] property of the occurrence / variant item
  created by the parent occurrence / variant element.
  [...]
