[sc34wg3] WG3 fall/autum meeting at TMRA

What you need to consider is not just the availability of a venue where WG3
folks are likely to be (and Leipzig sounds good that way) but also how the
meeting schedule fits with your needs for getting out new ballots and/or
responding to ballots that have closed. 

Anything that comes out of a Leipzig meeting that requires SC34 action (such
as approval of recommendations) is just going to sit until December. 

You need to work through your schedules with Ken.
