[sc34wg3] BigAssert now available in Versavant

Remember the big assertion model formerly known as the Topic Maps
Reference Model -- the one with a-topics, r-topics, t-topics,
c-topics, and x-topics?  I've implemented it as a plug-in for
Versavant.  (Using the terminology recently rejected in the Draft
Topic Maps Reference Model, such plug-ins would be called
"implementations of 'Topic Map Applications' or 'TMAs'".)
