A new TMRM draft has been published at

I believe this is the first published draft that integrates T+ into
TMRM, and naturally it's a bit rough.  This is a "draft for
discussion"; the text makes little pretense of being adoptable as a
standard.  It focuses attention on things Patrick Durusau and I feel
need to be discussed in Montr=E9al.

I'm enthusiastic about the T+ vision and approach.  I have high hopes
for the eventual offspring of this marriage.
