Michel,

I think that it is good to have 2 days set aside, and also to acknowledge
the possiblity that the work might be completed in one day. The criterion
must be consensus of those present, and I am confident that the level of
trust and collaboration that we achieved in Amsterdam will make it possible
to proceed relatively informally.

What are the criteria that will be used to decide whether it's going to be a
1-day or 2-days workshop? Why can't we decide this in advance?

I think it's important for those of us who plan to attend to make plans
accordingly.
