[sc34wg3] IRC Meeting on TMCLRequirements Draft

Hi,

This is to announce a Meeting on IRC to receive comments on the current 
TCML Requirements Document.

I am about to incorporate the recent interchanges on tmcl-wg bb into the 
current draft and would really like to get a little more feedback before 
the official submission.

It will be held  on Thursday March 27 from 12-13 GMT on the channel 
#topicmaps@irc.freenode.net.
