[sc34wg3] Comment period closed for current draft of RM

We're closing the comment period for the current RM, since we will be
releasing a new draft at some point this week (barring natural disasters
and force majeure).

Thanks to all who were able to comment. Because of your efforts, we
believe that the RM (as we have been calling it) will be much more
readable. We look forward to your views on this next draft.
