[sc34wg3] New version of RM released without comments

In response to a request from Steve Pepper, we have issued a new version
of the RM without the apparatus for commenting. This version is available
at:

    http://www.isotopicmaps.org/TMMM/TMMM-latest-clean.html

We hope that makes it easier for those who have not yet been able to
give us feedback on the text to do so.

Comments in any form are gratefully received of course -- a new draft will
shortly be issued incorporating the comments that we have gotten so far.
