This is to confirm that the next meeting of WG3 will take
place in Montreal at the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure Hotel
on August 1-4 2003.

IDEAlliance has arranged for us to meet in the Mont Royal
room on those days. Please note that refreshments will not
be laid on this time.

Is it possible for someone based in Canada or the US to
bring a video projector for the meeting?

The formal meeting confirmation is attached. The agenda is
very loose at the moment and will have to be finalized at
the start of the meeting.
