The minutes mostly look good, I think, but I have some comments:

  - 1.1: the issue discussed here was "subject-vs-resource"

  - 1.3: the issue discussed here was "reifier-merging"

  - 2.2: second para, my first comment there is not recorded
         correctly. I would prefer to have it removed.

  - 4.1: some line breaks here and there would be nice... :)

  - 5 and onwards: Eliot's name is misspelt more-or-less
    consistently. It should be "Eliot" everywhere.

Other than that it looked good to me.
