I just saw that you referred to the example in my reply to Steve. Your
mail arrived just while a was scratching my head to find out how I do
the N0396 name item to TMA alignment and so I related your mail to
this issue.
What I had in mind in my example is this:
The properties "QualifiedNames" and "Labels" are properties that have
their values conferred [1] on the basis of existing topic-name assertions.
SInce the TMM requires merging rules to be defined in terms of SIDPs,
at least the "QualifiedNames" property is needed in order to define
name based merging.
