It's my pleasure.
But, just information,
It is a work of committee of JSA (Japanese Standards Association.)
And it has become TR (Technical Report) X 0090
investigated by Information Processing Divisional Council,
Japanese Industrial Standards Committee.

I think, JSA translated it because it stable and useful to understand Topic Maps.
