Being a strong believer in the TNC I'd say that every name
is unique in at least one context, if it wasn't, people could
not use it to identify things when communicating and that is
the foremost purpose of a name, isn't it ??

I have always seen the TNC as a challenge for me to *find* the
context in which a name provides identity and thus to produce
better topic maps.

[Just a note, no intention to start a TNC discussion.]
