The topic map of the standards process that was used at the Barcelona
meeting has now been uploaded to:

To get your own copy, just click on "Export" and select "Download".
Make sure you use the XTM 1.0 syntax, though.

The topic map will be updated every now and then, so using it online
is recommended.
