(1) I will arrive in Montreal around 10:30 AM on the 3rd, and can get to 
the meeting sometime before lunch, and the 4th and 5th are also OK.

(2)  I think that we need as many days as possible, so three is fine with 
me. It will also give everyone with various commitments to have at least 
one full day of attendance.
