[sc34wg3] revised version forthcoming

We've got a revised version of the Reference Model in the works.
We're hoping to post it today or tomorrow.  I'll post to this
list when it's ready.

(1) It looks like an ISO document now, and it's
    numbered N298.

(2) It goes into much more detail about
    assertionPattern-role-rolePlayerConstraints.  The
    delay is for a diagram.
