I've made an RSS feed of the contents of the SC34 document repository. I really made it for myself, but it's available at http://www.garshol.priv.no/download/sc34.rss for anyone who might be interested. It's implemented by screen-scraping the ITSCI HTML, so it's likely to break if the pages change too much. Comments/bug reports welcome. --Lars M.
